Submitting a booking request through our website does not constitute a confirmed appointment. Your booking becomes confirmed only when you receive a direct confirmation from our team by phone or message.
All repair services are subject to our technician's on-site assessment. Quoted prices are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted once the fault is diagnosed. No repair work will begin without your explicit approval of the final quote.
Promotional offers and discounts (including the online booking discount, referral credit, extended warranty, and community discounts) are subject to the specific terms described on each offer page and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
All repairs carried out by North Vancouver Appliance Repair include a standard 3-month labour warranty. This warranty covers the specific fault repaired and applies to labour only. Parts may be covered separately under the manufacturer's warranty.
Extended warranty plans (where purchased at time of repair) extend the labour warranty period as described on our Extended Warranty page. Extended warranties cover the same fault repaired and do not cover new or unrelated faults.
Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period. We reserve the right to inspect the appliance before honouring any warranty claim.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and e-transfer. Invoices are itemised and provided at the time of service. If you dispute a charge, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your invoice.
